Before you contact us for further assistance:

If you continue to have difficulties signing into The Knot or resetting your password, please email and include:

  • Email address you used to set up your account
  • Where you created your account i.e. The Knot Website, The Knot Planner App, LookBook App, The Bump (It's okay if you don't remember!).
  • From where on The Knot are you trying to log in i.e. link on the homepage, from the header
  • Type of device you are using i.e. PC, Mac, iPhone
  • Type of browser i.e. FireFox, Chrome
  • Explain what happens when you try to log in
