Any updates to your registry items need to be made on the retailer's website or in their stores. Please note that you may have to refresh the page for the changes to appear on your registry profile. Most updates are visible in 24 hours.
The Knot Registry Store:
Updates to individual registry items can be done through Your Registry > Manage Registry page. Simply click on the item you want to update and make the changes within the editing window and save.
