It usually takes 15 minutes for reviews to be visible on our site if you leave a review while logged into your account with The Knot. If you choose to leave a review without an account, you will be asked to verify your review via email and can take up to 24 hours to post.
Your review may be delayed posting to our site if you have not verified your email. Once you hit "Post" on your review, you will receive a verification email with a link. You will need to click on that link to verify your email. Once you do this, we will set the review live. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
