The Knot: Can I unarchive an Inbox conversation?

If you'd like to un-archive a conversation, follow these steps...

  1. Log into your account and access your Vendor Messages
  2. Go to your Archive folder
  3. Select a conversation you wish to unarchive .
  4. Then, click on the highlighted archive button, to unarchive it. 


The conversation is now removed from your archive and will appear in your Inbox screen.
