How can my guests purchase a The Knot Registry Store Gift Card off my registry?
When you have a gift card to The Knot Registry Store on your wishlist, your guests can easily give up to $300 per gift card with zero fees. Your gift card will appear on your registry next to the other gifts you've registered for from The Knot Registry Store. If you'd like your gift card to appear at the top of your registry, be sure to tag it as "Our Top Choice"
Where can I see my The Knot Registry Store Gift Card Balance?
Couples who recieve a gift card to The Knot Registry Store can view their available balance at any time in their Manage Registry section when logged in at www.theknot.com/registry/manage-registry.
What can I buy with my The Knot Registry Store gift card balance?
You can use your balance towards thousands of items in The Knot Registry Store. Our expertly curated assortment has all the essentials and thousands of gifts from top brands, including things you might not find elsewhere! You cannot use your gift card balance towards gift cards from other brands or experiences that are offered inside The Knot Registry Store.
Can I use my gift card to The Knot Registry Store to buy someone else a wedding gift from their registry on The Knot?
Yes! If you have an available gift card balance from The Knot, you can use those funds to purchase items from The Knot Registry Store . This includes the gifts that your friends have registered for from The Knot Registry Store- how amazing is that!
What's the return policy for items purchased using my The Knot Registry Store gift card balance?
Sometimes, the items you order just don't quite make the cut on what you keep. The Knot Registry Store accepts free returns within 90 days of receiving the item - no problem! Go ahead and let us know what you want to return and we will first send you a pre-paid shipping label for the item to be returned, and as soon as you have shipped it back, we will either send out a replacement item or you will receive store credit to The Knot Registry Store for you to use whenever you're ready.
When making a purchase, can I use both my The Knot Registry Store Gift Card balance and the post wedding completion discount together?
Yes! When you make a purchase, you can combine your available gift card balance with your 20% post-wedding discount to save on your unpurchased registry gifts.
If I don't have enough on my gift card balance to complete a purchase, can I combine with other payment methods?
Yes! If you don't have enough in your gift card balance to fully cover the item, you can combine your available gift card balance with any other valid payment method (including a credit card payment or store credit to The Knot Registry Store).
If I don't want my guests to give me a gift card for The Knot Registry Store, how can I remove it from my registry?
You always have the flexibility to add or remove items from your registry so it is uniquely yours. If you choose to remove your gift card to The Knot Registry Store from your registry you can do this while you are logged into your account under Manage Registry. You can choose the gift card and select 'remove gift from registry'. You then save and close this on your page. You can always come back to add it again when you choose.
How will I know who gave me a gift card and for how much?
When guests buy a gift card to The Knot Registry Store off your registry, you will find this purchase and the guest information in your Gift Tracker when you're logged in at theknot.registry/track-gifts. We'll also send you an automated email to let you know that the gift card has been purchased.
What fees are associated with the Gift Card?
There are no fees for the The Knot Registry Store Gift Card. And it doesn't expire - ever.
How can I move the gift card to the top of my registry?
You can move a gift card to the top of your registry by tagging it as 'Our Top Choice' when you're viewing the product while logged into the 'Manage Registry' section. This will bring the item to the top of your wishlist so your guests know this is a priority gift for you.
Does my gift card balance expire?
No! The Knot Registry Store Gift Cards never expire!
