Are you seeing an error in your account? The first step you'll want to try in troubleshooting, is clearing your cookies/cache.
Below are instructions on how to clear your cache and cookies.
Please log out of your The Knot account before completing the below:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More. (The 3 vertical dots)
Scroll down to Privacy and Security.
Click on Clear Browsing Data.
In the pop-up window under Basic, click the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear data.
Click the menu button. and select Options. (The 3 vertical lines in the upper right corner)Preferences.
Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
Click the Clear Data button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.
1. On your Mac click on Safari > Preferences> Advanced
2. Click on the box Show Develop menu in the menu bar
3. Click on Develop > Clear caches
