Find Your Vendor Manager - Log into The Knot, go to Vendors in the top menu, and select Vendor Manager.
Upload Your List - Look for the Upload List banner. You can upload any list—whether it’s from your venue or your own notes—as a PDF or a photo (JPG).
Let Us Do the Scanning - Our AI scans the document to find the wedding pros on The Knot. In seconds, it pulls up the matching profiles for you.
Compare and Save - Select everyone at once or click into individual pros to see photos, reviews, and awards. Hit Save to shortlist your favorites; they’ll be labeled "From your list" so you never lose track of your original recommendations.
