Registry Sunset - Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and West Elm

NOTICE: As mentioned to Members previously, as of Wednesday, May 21, 2025, all Williams Sonoma branded  registries will stop syncing with The Knot. This includes the following brands: Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn and West Elm. A link to your registry will remain on your wedding website for guests to access and purchase your gifts, but the individual gifts will no longer be visible.

Additionally, your Williams Sonoma branded registry items will no longer appear on The Knot Registry gift tracker. If you’d like to save details about these items for when you’re writing thank you notes, please download the list from ‘Track Gifts’ prior to May 21st, or visit your Williams Sonoma branded registry directly. If you do not wish to download your gift list, no action is required.

WHAT NOW: Be sure to visit your Registry dashboard at TheKnot.com/Registry where you can choose to add items from The Knot Registry Store and keep your gift list as robust as you choose for your guests. They won't even notice the change, but will notice all the great items you and your partner are eager to receive for your wedding event. Why will my Williams Sonoma branded registry items no longer sync with The Knot? 

  • Williams Sonoma Inc. and The Knot have decided to end their partnerships as of May 21, 2025.  During this transition period, we are committed to helping each of our Members have just the right items on their gift list and will be happy to help you discover products that will stay on the registry page after this date.

Is there any way for me to add these gift items to my registry after May 21, 2025? 

  • Yes! Many of the same brands and items are available through The Knot Registry Store, and you have access to this any time through your dashboard.
  • After May 21st, a link to your registry will remain on your wedding website for guests to access and purchase your gifts, but the individual gifts will no longer be visible on your wedding website.
  • We also have a great tool you can use for individual items. The Knot’s browser button will allow you to add individual gift items straight to your Wish List. 

I’ve been using The Knot to keep track of my purchased gifts, what should I do now? 

  • Before May 20th, access your Gift Tracker here, and download a copy to save for your records. After May 21st, you will only be able to find your Williams Sonoma items directly on their site.

How can I add more gift options to my registry so that my friends and family have lots of options to shop? 

  • The Knot offers a wide variety of registry offerings and makes it easy to add gifts right to your registry. Our Customer Support team is also available to help you discover specific brands or gifts if you aren’t finding just the right thing.
