Unfortunately, we can't make changes to this because it's designed to follow the "possessive grammar for compound nouns" rule, which means that an 's is added after a compound noun to indicate ownership (like in "the wedding").
The grammar is technically correct, but if you prefer a different look, you can rearrange the names in your profile to say "Davis and Sarah's Wedding" instead of Sarah and Davis's Wedding.
