How do I start a return?

When your dishes arrived, were you surprised by the color?

Have you reconsidered that duvet?

We're here to help!

  • Log into your Gift Tracker HERE
  • Locate the gift you'd like to return and choose "Return Gift"
  • When the form appears, please fill it out. Don't forget to indicate whether you're looking for a replacement or if you'd prefer store credit. 

 

  • After you complete the form, just click on "Submit Request." This will send your request over to The Knot Customer Support team.
  • You'll receive an email at the address linked to your The Knot account with your next steps.
  • If you're returning a gift, please let the Customer Support representative know that you've returned the item. They’ll need your reply in the thread to issue your store credit.
