ALL SALES ARE FINAL (and not subject to return or the issuance of a refund, replacement, or store credit) for:
- Orders placed by Guests who ship the items to a Couple (“Guest Gifts”) (the Couple's will still have the right to receive store credit or a replacement)
- Gift cards purchased in The Knot Catalog - gift cards purchased on The Knot Catalog are non-returnable and non-refundable except in states where required by law (See: The Knot Registry> Exceptions)
- Contributions made to a Cash Registry
No exceptions, no matter the reason, are authorized or permitted to the return policy.
