To be eligible to leave a review on The Knot Worldwide (TKWW) storefronts, the reviewer must be a client who did business with the vendor, regardless if they initially connected on a TKWW platform or not. Our Review Policy defines verified clients as any of the following:
- Any party involved in an official business contract with the event professional
- Any party who has valid proof of payment for services (not including initial business encounters such as interviews, tours, tastings, trial services, etc.)
- The couple getting married, as long as their names appear on the contract/proof of payment.
TKWW may request valid documentation from parties to ensure a reviewer was a verified client, allowing 10 calendar days for a response.
Clients may submit a review at any point once becoming a client, before the event, or up to two years after the event. This includes if services were terminated before the scheduled event.
