If you haven’t secured a room block yet, you can contact hotels individually or take care of it directly on The Knot in just a few minutes through our trusted partner, Engine. Here is how:
- Navigate to the Travel section of your wedding website
- Click ‘Add Hotel Room Blocks’. You’ll be taken to a pop-up screen to book with our trusted partner, Engine.
- Fill out the quick request form with your wedding date, location, and any hotel preferences (you can choose specific hotels or leave it open-ended).
- Once submitted, Engine instantly sends your request to local hotels, and you’ll begin receiving custom proposals via email.
- Review your options and review/sign your contract digitally when you're ready. (You can set up as many contracts as your guest list requires).
- Once your contract is signed, Engine will email you a unique booking link. Copy this link and paste it into the 'Hotels' section of your wedding website so your guests can access your specific block rates.
