Why can’t I find my registry on The Knot?

Once a registry is created with one of The Knot’s retail partners, it can take  up to 3 days for your registry to appear in The Knot search results.
 
If you created your registry  more than 3 days ago, here are a few ways to troubleshoot:
  1. Try the search again. Make sure to use the same name that was used when creating the registry in-store or online.
  2. Confirm the registry is set to “public” or “searchable” on the retailer’s website.
  3. If the registry is still not appearing, and it is set to "public" within your retail registry settings, contact customer service at help@theknot.com.
