It’s easy! Couples are eligible as long as they take a few simple steps when booking a vendor:
- Be a member on The Knot
- Reach out to your vendor through The Knot on or after April 14, 2026
- Book an eligible vendor that’s in a covered category and eligible region - see The Knot Peace of Mind Terms for details.
- Mark the vendor as “booked” in your Vendor Manager after signing your contract
That’s it.
If your vendor cancels between 90 and 14 days before your wedding, you can submit a request, just be sure to do so at least 10 days before your wedding date. From there, we’ll help you find a replacement and get everything back on track.
