My vendor cancelled — how do I submit a request?

When you submit, you'll need to have the following ready:

  • Your details: Your name, email address you use for The Knot, and phone number
  • Your cancelled vendor's details: Vendor name, category, and your agreed budget with them
  • Your wedding details: Wedding date, guest count, and the services you need
  • Required documents:
    • Your signed contract with the original vendor, including the agreed service cost
    • Written proof that the vendor cancelled on you
