When you submit, you'll need to have the following ready:
- Your details: Your name, email address you use for The Knot, and phone number
- Your cancelled vendor's details: Vendor name, category, and your agreed budget with them
- Your wedding details: Wedding date, guest count, and the services you need

- Your signed contract with the original vendor, including the agreed service cost
- Written proof that the vendor cancelled on you
